They assisted with DFM analysis and part optimisation, a process that helped limit the amount of adjustments required during tool manufacture. The manufacture of our 15 tools was split between Crossen’s own facility and a Far East supplier – a process that Paul, Peter and the team managed to great effect to ensure all the tools were ready on time. Once all the tools were on site, Crossen’s worked closely with us during the sampling process to ensure the parts were to our satisfaction, responding quickly to amendment or adjustment requests. We are now receiving regular deliveries of high quality parts, and are starting to plan our next project with the team at Crossen’s.”

At Trade Renewables we design and manufacture a range of solar powered street furniture. When we needed a local partner to injection mould the end caps for our bench, Crossen Engineering were the obvious choice.
